  • First take the time with your study partner/group to look over the this section to get an overview prior to creating your team.  Discuss team-work at a company versus team-work at a sports team, a music team.

  • Create your purpose statement of your Charter for your team. What do you want this team to do?

  • Build your Cultural statement for the team.  Review the cultural statments of companies you use to work with, to get an idea of the importance of your team culture.

  • Review and discuss the Support items with your team mates. How will you incorporate these into your team activity?

  • When learning about a new subject as a team, use various questions to gather information.
